ToS is subject to change. For your information and concern, the latest updated ToS and payment process displayed will apply to all commission request done past the listed updated date.I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not willing or able to draw it. I am allowed to cancel the commission at any point and provide reason.By commissioning me, you allow me to use all artworks made during the commission process, including sketches and final renders, for any future purpose. These may include: advertising, adding it to my portfolio, and posting it to social media. However, you may request against it.By default, the owner of the character/s will be mentioned or tagged should I post their commissioned artwork. Posts including multiple art pieces and characters, such as commission or raffle announcements, will be excluded from this rule. You may deny me to tag you and other involved characters and their respected owners in the related post.You are allowed to use the art piece you have received for personal uses, providing credit to me whenever possible.State if your commission has a deadline, then we can discuss if the date is negotiable or not or can be adjusted. Results are NOT guaranteed.Do NOT remove the watermark.Do NOT use my work for AI.
Communication
Communication can be done through any social media you can find me in.Just send a DM/PM to any social media you find me in if you are interested for a commission!NOTE: Please don't have "Hi" as your first message and wait for me to respond from that. A greeting and reason of messaging will suffice to start discussing about commissioning me.Feel free to request previews at any point. You may also request corrections, additional details, and other changes as long as it's small or simple.Finished piece will be sent via preferred social media DMs or email.Feel free to ask me any questions or suggest any improvements I can do on my work!Please be patient and kind! >w<
I may take a different amount of time to finish so please don't be pushy. But you are free to check up on the progress!
Payment
Payment will be done through PayPal and in USD (Although feel free to suggest payment apps and methods you know or use)No additional fees will be charged for the time I will take to work, nor a deduction in price if I missed a requested deadline.Payment can be done in full upfront before work can be done. Alternatively, you may choose to pay half of the agreed price before any work is done, and the other half once you have approved a sketch from me before I finalize the artwork.Major changes can be requested during the sketch phase. You are free to request for a work-in-progress preview of the sketch, as well ask for corrections or additional details.If the sketch has been revised excessively, additional charge may start to apply before further changes can be requested.You will not be charged if you decide to cancel the commission before payments are made for the sketch page. After a sketch has been started, refunds will NOT be offered at any point of the process.
